Insecurity

If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won't he also give us everything else?

Romans 8:31-32

Does it seem that everybody is against you? Dont worry because God isn't against you. He gave his Son up to save you - and he will give you everything you NEED. With God's help nothing can overwhelm you. So the next time you feel insecure just remember this verse.(Romans 8:31-32)

If you feel hopeless, ask God to remind you who he is- the always faithful and always merciful God. Feeling down wont last forever but God does. Even though people may turn against you, friends may let you down and even family members might abandon you, but God is always faithful. He stands with you and for you. Ask him to help you trust him. You should always know that God has something planned with your life...Be Patient!

Appearance

People judge by outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.

1 Samuel 16:7

People judge you by the way you have your hair, what your face looks like or what clothing you wear. They may overlook you because you dont look or dress like celebrities. But God judges us by our FAITH and CHARACTER, not by our appearance. Good looks depend on your heart attitude, not on the way you look. What are you doing to improve the image of your heart???

Please pray for these two as they are heading to Mozambique for three weeks. They are not going for a holiday or for attention but they are going as its God's plan for them ... they are going to work for him to save the lives of many who havent heard.. The Good News....

They are holding a fundraiser in the Verbal Arts Centre. A pamper day at 8pm....so please come have fun and relax and also help them pay for their trip away....

I havent wrote to my blog in months..... i dunno i felt quite away from everything Church, Friends and my Blog.....

Im back now but.... and for good this time....

Well its prayer week this week.. and its been the second night now ... absolutly amzing its been great for me because ive been away for a wile i needed something to literally push me back into church...

The great thing about going to cornerstone is that even though at times i feel 'Scared' its a great place for me to go as it helps me grow in my faith or as David Gamble says it Stretches you : )...

Prague - Czech me out! hahaha

Im in Prague...maddest place ever apparently it is party central....people say it is but i dont see it!!!! Ah well its still good Craic....crazy.....and still a different country so im not complaining!

im Heading back to Germany da mara and i cant WAIT!!! Its so much more peacefull and calm! (I know i wasnt saying this last week but its good now! So one more night of people partying mad and then its over! YEY!!!

Okay so i have been here now a whole week now, i know i havent bween on this yet i am so sorry!!!!!! Its going way to slow!!!!!!!!! I started my work placement on wednesday with Axel in Metal work.....its da BEST!!!!!!

This trip is very rewarding but it can have its faults..... like we all nearly got sent home becasue of people drinking etc... but its all good now!

I have met a class wee cuddy called Kellie!! We share a room with anova cuddy but shes wierd. OJOJ! naw seriously love the gals i who i share with they are decent and nice......

Right well i bwest go now or Axel will shout at us and kill us!!!!!!! AHhhhhhhhhh

I Found a church. will test it on Sat and then let you all know!!

Germany

Im heading to Germany on Tuesday 20th May 2008. I will be there for 6 weeks and im really scared...

I will be away from Family, Friends and Cornerstone... but i wont be away from God so i need loads of help, Prayer and encouragment when im there... so keep a look at my Blog i will keep you all updated...

Prayer week - 13th,14th & 15th May 2008

Prayer week this week, Cornerstone. A week filled with fellowship, prayer and the Holy Spirit.

The Definition of Prayer........
A spiritual communion with God or an object of worship, as in supplication, thanksgiving, adoration, or confession.....

We all need prayer time, i feel that prayer with a group of christians of all ages is needed in my life more often than i think! Having other christians around me encourages me and helps me open up in prayer and worship.

Prayer is really important in your Christian walk... we all need it. People who think they dont, need it more.
